In order to respect the time of both our clients and myself, I ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. 

 

I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, I simply ask that you notify me of any cancellations or appointments needing rescheduled at least 24 hours prior. For cancelled appointments less than 24 hours notice, will be charged 50% of the treatment booked.

In the case of missing your appointment, you will be charged the full treatment price that is booked.

For your comfort and safety, please notify your therapist if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. Please notify of any  new medical conditions or change of medications between appointments.

Client information will be kept confidential, securely stored and only used for the purpose for which it was given.
